An important part of the Northeastern University experience is to integrate academic and work activities. Also important for many students is securing employment after graduation. Internships

Internships provide graduate and undergraduate students with academic credit for work experience during their time as a student. An internship is an important example of experiential education and is an opportunity to test in the field various tools and concepts developed in the classroom.

Students receive academic credit (3 credits for graduate students and 4 credits for undergraduate students) for an internship. To learn more about the requirements for an internship and to apply please see Internship Information Sheet and Application Form
